1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using travelnexa.in, booking a tour package, purchasing airline tickets, utilizing foreign exchange (Forex) facilitation, or requesting visa assistance from Visa Kendra Services, you ("Client", "User", or "Passenger") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services

Visa Kendra Services operates via travelnexa.in as a travel consultant, visa facilitator, and booking intermediary for:

  • Visa Processing & Documentation Guidance

  • Customized & Group Tour Packages

  • Air Ticket Reservations & Flight Bookings

  • Foreign Exchange (Forex) Facilitation Services

  • Hotel Accommodations & Ground Transportation

3. Visa Application & Intermediary Role

  • Embassy Authority: Visa Kendra Services provides consultation, document review, appointment scheduling, and form submission assistance. The final decision to issue or reject a visa rests solely with the respective government embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: All consular fees, VFS/processing charges, and Visa Kendra Services service fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted, regardless of approval, delay, or rejection.

  • Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all documents, personal details, and declarations provided on travelnexa.in or to our representatives are genuine, accurate, and complete.

4. Bookings, Pricing & Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Schedule

  • A deposit of 25% – 50% of the total package/service cost is required at the time of booking to initiate reservations.

  • The remaining balance must be cleared at least 15 days prior to the departure date.

  • Bookings made within 14 days of departure require immediate 100% payment.

4.2 Rate & Fare Adjustments

  • Fares, exchange rates, government taxes, and fuel surcharges fluctuate continuously. Prices listed on travelnexa.in are finalized only after full payment is received and formal confirmation vouchers or tickets are issued.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1 Client Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be communicated in writing via email to info@travelnexa.in. Standard cancellation charges apply as follows:

Third-Party Vendor Rules: Flight tickets, hotel bookings, and attraction passes are subject to the individual cancellation policies of the airlines/suppliers. Non-refundable tickets issued by airlines cannot be refunded regardless of the cancellation date.

6. Foreign Exchange (Forex) Compliance

  • Forex facilitation through travelnexa.in strictly adheres to regulatory financial standards (including RBI and LRS guidelines in India).

  • Clients must provide valid government-issued identification (Passport, PAN Card, Flight Tickets) required by authorized dealers for foreign exchange processing.

7. Passports, Travel Insurance & Entry Requirements

  • Passport Validity: Travelers must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond their planned return date.

  • Insurance Notice: We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, loss of baggage, and flight delays before traveling.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Visa Kendra Services and travelnexa.in act as intermediaries connecting customers with third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, and Forex vendors). We are not responsible for personal injury, property loss, delays, or service defaults caused by third-party suppliers.

  • We accept no liability for disruptions, cancellations, or losses resulting from Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, weather conditions, border closures, public health emergencies, or sudden airline schedule changes.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India (Jurisdiction: Mumbai, Maharashtra). Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai.
