Option 1: Standard Agency Policies
1. Government & Third-Party Fees
-
Strictly Non-Refundable: All government visa fees, embassy service charges, biometric fees, VFS/courier charges, and translation fees paid to external parties are 100% non-refundable once submitted or paid to the respective department.
-
These fees are collected on behalf of third parties and cannot be reclaimed regardless of whether your visa application is approved, delayed, or rejected.
2. Service & Agency Processing Fees
-
Before Processing: If you request a cancellation before we have started reviewing, preparing, or submitting your application, you are eligible for a 100% refund of our service fee.
-
During Preparation: If you request a cancellation after document verification or application form drafting has begun, but prior to final embassy submission, a 50% partial refund of the service fee will be issued.
-
After Submission: Once your application has been submitted to the embassy/consulate or government portal, our service fee is non-refundable, as the service has been fully rendered.
3. Visa Rejections, Delays, & Denials
-
Embassy/consulate decisions are made solely by sovereign government authorities. We do not guarantee visa approval or specific processing timelines.
-
Visa rejections, issuance of shorter-validity visas, or embassy processing delays do not qualify for a refund of service or government fees.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
-
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 14 to 30 business days.
Option 2: Strict "No Refund After Start" Policy
Policy Terms
-
Government Fees: Fully non-refundable once paid to any embassy, consulate, or third-party visa platform.
-
Service Fees:
-
Eligible for a full refund only if written cancellation is received within 2 hours of payment and before document processing has commenced.
-
Once our team initiates document review, verification, or slot booking, service fees become 100% non-refundable.
-
-
Third-Party Failures: We are not liable for non-refundable travel expenses (flights, hotels, tours) incurred due to embassy delays, administrative processing, or visa rejections.
